What needed to be solved
Several platforms with different teams, domains and databases needed one identity, clear security boundaries and a way to observe and govern them from a single place, without merging them into a monolith.
How we tackled it
We designed NCG as a control layer: a central Commander with federated identity towards NAR and NDA, shared RBAC, API interoperability contracts, an event catalog and a canonical data model, with security audits and a documented staging environment before each phase.
