Does the service include hosting and domain?

It can include the management and configuration of both, but the provider subscriptions are quoted separately and must be under the client's name where applicable.

What does a launch process include?

It can include a go-live checklist, a test environment, DNS and SSL configuration, performance review, backup, analytics, monitoring, publishing and a rollback plan.

Can existing sites be migrated?

Yes, after taking inventory, backing up, reviewing compatibility, defining a change window and preparing a rollback plan for any contingency.

Who manages the infrastructure after launch?

It can be transferred to the client or ongoing support can be hired. Ownership, access and responsibilities are documented in the proposal.

Are licenses and service usage included?

Not by default. Cloud services, CDN, email, plugins, domains and other external services are quoted separately.

How is the choice made between VPS, cloud or managed hosting?

It's chosen based on expected load, the project's criticality, budget, technology stack, desired level of control and the team's operational capacity.

How are servers protected?

With regular updates, a firewall, least privilege, multi-factor authentication, SSH keys, separated secrets, TLS, WAF protection, logs and continuous monitoring.

What type of backup is configured?

Frequency, retention, encryption, off-site copy and restoration testing are defined based on the recovery objectives (RPO/RTO) agreed with the client.

How is downtime avoided during launch?

With load tests proportional to expected traffic, use of CDN or cache, active monitoring, capacity control, a change freeze and a rollback plan.

Does the service include corporate email?

It can include DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration; final email delivery also depends on the provider and the domain's reputation.
