What needed to be solved
The beauty and wellness sector mostly runs on manual scheduling by WhatsApp or phone call: no traceability, no specialist verification, and no system that scales beyond the memory of whoever answers.
How we tackled it
We built a two-sided marketplace — clients and verified specialists — with smart booking, an operational CRM and KYC validation, under the concept "Connecting your beauty with Human Intelligence."

BeautIA is new and almost nobody knows it: it is opening in stages, starting with Medellín and its metropolitan area. It connects people with beauty and wellness professionals who come to your home. You choose, book a genuinely available time and pay the person who serves you directly. For the professional it is their schedule, catalog and reputation in one place. José Santamaría built it for a sector with manual bookings and low digitization.
The client account is free and BeautIA charges no booking commission: what the professional charges is the professional's. Professionals sustain the platform with a membership, not a percentage of every appointment; that membership and the visibility plans are published with their terms at launch. It is the model jsadsAI stands for: cover the platform, not live off other people's work.

For the client: browse professionals by service and proximity, compare prices, ratings and photos, pick a variant, a mode (at home, at the professional's place or online) and a real time slot with travel time already accounted for. The professional accepts at the base price or sends a written quote; you decide.
For the professional: create a profile and catalog with prices, duration and photos; set the area and how far they travel (20 to 40 km); verify identity with an ID document (and credentials for regulated services); the team reviews and publishes. Receive requests, quote, serve, get paid directly and rate the client.
Trust goes both ways: verified profiles, exact address visible only once the appointment is accepted, safety cancellation at no charge, mutual reviews after the service and sanctions for serious misconduct.

- Verified professionals. Reviewed with an ID document before becoming visible; credentials for regulated services.
- Your address is private. The professional sees it only when accepting the appointment; the public map shows approximate areas only.
- Cancel for safety, no charge. If you do not feel safe, cancel and report; the other person does not see your report.
- Reputation both ways. Clients and professionals rate each other only after a completed service.
- Serious misconduct is sanctioned. Harassment, violence or theft are reviewed with priority: suspension or expulsion and blocking of email and phone.
- BeautIA does not process or hold the service payment: it is between client and professional.
