What is included

A draft that can be audited

AI reads and classifies the documents and proposes each figure with its source page and confidence level; the accountant confirms it against the support. Taxes are computed by code with verifiable rules and exact decimal arithmetic: exempt income, limits, the article 241 rate, balance and whether the client must file, showing every formula.

Each firm sees only its own clients, supports and drafts. Documents are stored encrypted with a digital fingerprint, only the last four digits of the client's ID are kept, and every rule of the tax year states whether it was confirmed or is pending confirmation by an accountant.

It is a platform under construction: the first version is in internal testing with fictitious data, using the rules of tax year 2025. Nothing is filed with the DIAN (Colombia's tax authority) from here: the accountant reviews, files and signs the return.

Current version: will be published with the product manifest before sale

Semantic versioning (MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH) for every product; each sale records the version delivered.
Patches and minors (fixes and improvements that do not change how you work): announced and installed on a schedule, with a prior backup and rollback.
Majors (change screens or flows): announced 30 days ahead with release notes; you may stay on the previous version, with security support for 12 months for the last minor of each major, or contract a custom module that keeps the old behavior.
An update never removes your data or modules you paid for.

What is ContIA Intelligence?

ContIA Intelligence is the tool for accountants and accounting firms in the BankIA family, created by jsadsAI | José Santamaría: it receives clients' supporting documents, organizes them, flags what is missing and prepares the individual income-tax return draft with evidence for every figure. The accountant reviews, completes and signs. It is under construction, with a demo at conta.bankia.jsadsai.com.

Does it file the return with the DIAN?

No. It prepares a supporting draft. The accountant reviews, files and signs the return.

Does the AI compute the taxes?

No. AI only reads and proposes data from the supports; the calculations are done by code with verifiable rules and every formula is shown.

What happens to my clients' documents?

They stay in your firm's space, encrypted and separated by client. Retention and deletion periods will be defined with the legal review before launch.

Is it only for individual income tax and 2025?

For now, yes: it starts with individual income tax using the rules of tax year 2025. Other years and other obligations will be evaluated with the accountants who take part in testing.
