The professional accepts at the base price or sends a written quote; you decide.

For the professional: create a profile and catalog with prices, duration and photos; set the area and how far they travel (20 to 40 km); verify identity with an ID document (and credentials for regulated services); the team reviews and publishes. Receive requests, quote, serve, get paid directly and rate the client.

Trust goes both ways: verified profiles, exact address visible only once the appointment is accepted, safety cancellation at no charge, mutual reviews after the service and sanctions for serious misconduct.

Versions and updates

Current version and how we notify you

Current version: will be published with the product manifest before sale

  • Semantic versioning (MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH) for every product; each sale records the version delivered.
  • Patches and minors (fixes and improvements that do not change how you work): announced and installed on a schedule, with a prior backup and rollback.
  • Majors (change screens or flows): announced 30 days ahead with release notes; you may stay on the previous version, with security support for 12 months for the last minor of each major, or contract a custom module that keeps the old behavior.
  • An update never removes your data or modules you paid for.

It starts in Medellín and its metropolitan area. Each professional sets their area and how far they travel (20 to 40 km), and you can search by proximity.

Are the professionals verified?

Yes. Every profile goes through a team review with an ID document before becoming visible; regulated services also require credentials.

How do I know what I will pay before confirming?

Each service has a base price. You tell the professional what you want and they reply with a final written price (plus the cost of materials if they bought them for you); if you accept, you know exactly what you pay.

What about my address?

It is private: the professional sees the exact address only when accepting the appointment. The public map shows approximate locations only.
