What needed to be solved
Victims of digital investment fraud face scattered evidence (emails, screenshots, wallets, transfers), high technical complexity (TXIDs, exchanges, blockchain traceability) and slow legal processes that cross jurisdictions — all while carrying the anxiety and uncertainty of not knowing their case's real status, which also creates operational overload for the legal team, who must answer the same questions over and over.
How we tackled it
We designed the product for a private case-tracking portal with two deliberately separate metrics: procedural progress (what legal-forensic phase the case is in) and recovery likelihood — never blended, to avoid creating false expectations. The product's language is calibrated to never promise outcomes ("funds under tracing," "pending judicial response") instead of claims the firm can't guarantee.
