What needed to be solved
PWT (formerly FWT / Florida Window Treatments) is the flagship brand of its commercial ecosystem: it sells, advises, measures, manufactures and installs premium curtains for residential, corporate, builder and designer clients across Florida. That consultative sales model — advice + measurement + installation — doesn't fit a generic online store: it needs a system that captures and classifies high-value leads without losing the personalized service that justifies the premium price.
How we tackled it
We designed a conversion-focused site aimed at generating qualified commercial contact (not self-service sales), with WhatsApp Business and Manychat automation to respond to and classify each lead by intent and urgency, integrated into an operational CRM that follows the full process: advice → measurement → quote → close → installation.
