What needed to be solved
Unlike curtain sales, this is a SERVICE-booking business (in-home cleaning), not a product one: the customer doesn't buy anything tangible on the site, they schedule a visit. That requires a different booking logic — geographic coverage, allowed fabric type, a deposit to hold the date — that a conventional e-commerce doesn't solve.
How we tackled it
We designed a complete booking flow: the customer selects the service, indicates quantity and type of curtains, confirms their area is covered, picks a date and pays a deposit to confirm. The system automatically blocks unsuitable fabrics (blackout) due to their wrinkling and rework risk.
