What needed to be solved
The beauty and wellness sector mostly runs on manual scheduling by WhatsApp or phone call: no traceability, no specialist verification, and no system that scales beyond the memory of whoever answers.
How we tackled it
We built a two-sided marketplace — clients and verified specialists — with smart booking, an operational CRM and KYC validation, under the concept "Connecting your beauty with Human Intelligence."
